oh so vain!

I'm back to my old beauty regime again of putting evaporated milk on my face before sleeping..sounds weird huh?? no, i'm just plain vain...
The annoying zits sprout again! damn it! I don't like seeing 'em, seems like i'm going back to my highschool days wherein pimples are my dilemma. sucker..

***
Today was a tiring day, I went out to go to the mall around 3pm to have my other celfone repaired coz it had problems with its backlight. Good thing my feet headed towards 'Goldcrest' (it's like the Greenhills area in Glorietta) and not in the celfone section in G2 (near timezone)-- I had my cel checked months ago at G2 but I remembered being hesitant since the repairman told me that the problem was not about the lights but with the CPU. So maybe all of us can say: WTF is the connection of backlight with the CPU?! And to add up to my uncertainty, he was charging 2k for the repair and "CPU replacement!" Wtf again huh?! Good thing I thought that it was too pricey for me to actually avail it. Haha..I maybe too impulsive but he cannot fool me! :p Daaaarn..!
So, as I was saying, I headed in Goldcrest and found the right repairman for my cel. naxx.. hehe..He told me that it was right that I didn't decide to make that fone fixed with that manlolokong repairman because hell yeah, there's no connection between the cpu and the backlight. I was right. Haha! I'm happy my fone was fixed in less than 15 mins, with 3 months warranty and not that expensive as expected. To my excitement, I bought a new 'housing' for that. Greeney..So in-to-nature!

After that I went to APC to register for my Adobe Photoshop crash course which will start on Aug 1. Oh my, school girl again..Well, I admit that the moment I walked in at that school, I don't really feel comfy since I'm with school people and I should supposed to be working already (though it'll only be for 30 hours). But thanks to some of Mike's friends, they made me feel welcome..**takte ka Mimi, you left me all alone**!

Then a consequence of my bumness--ultimate driver! After APC, I went to St. Paul to fetch my sis but went to Rob Place first to buy rice-in-a-box at Bon Ivant. I really love it. Babes-in-the-seaty (that's the flavor guys..)

Happy Birthday Tita Ada!

celebrities are also human..

As some of us idolize our fellow Filipino celebrities and see them as perfect as always, well, i'm happy I get to see a bit of the real them outside the limelight. I know you guys will be glad as well (i hope) with these ones..

Celebrity bloggers:

Ala Paredes
Bianca Gonzales
Paula Peralejo
Nica Peralejo
Jim Paredes

**more to come..enjoy!!

I missed blogging. It was hard for me to log in blogspot's site a while ago, but I insisted on trying and trying until the site is ok (or my connection gets ok?!) well, whatever..

I didn't have a nice weekend but I enjoyed it, contrasting isn't? I don't wanna narrate the whole story about the former because it brings tears to my eyes..naaahhh..kidding..well, it makes me remember bad things which I don't want to remember (labo! hehe) . So obviously, I'll tell you what made my weekend an enjoyable one.. I watched 'If Only' in Greenbelt 3 with mum and sis.--very simple things indeed bring a smile to my face. The movie was good (i'll give a 7 rating), very touching, so mushy, we ended up crying in the moviehouse! Well, I guess everyone did.. Ang daming sumisinghot, I tried not to cry too much nalang coz we were, I think, making noise! Hahaha..I can say that I can relate to the film; the girl (Jennifer Love Hewitt) is just a typical girl who wants to love and be loved. Hay, Mimi knows why I can relate myself to it.! :p This line made an impact to me."They say in every relationship, there's one who loves more, I hope it wasn't me.." 'nuff said...

Thoughts about cursing...
I just read a blog from a celebrity saying that she hates hearing people cursing. I mean who doesn't, right? But just an opinion, sometimes people say bad things but they really don't mean showing off that they're pa-cool and all that. As for me, I always (as in all the time) I find myself cursing but I don't really want other people to see me as someone who doesn't have good manners, instead only say that to those who KNOW me and ending up just laughing at it. Take for example this: Tangna, grabe talaga, pakshet!!Of course to some people who I think do not know me much, I wouldn't use that words.. I guess saying 'bad' words isn't bad at all, WHEN used in a proper way--in right place, with the right people. We can only classify that as unrespectful when we do that all the time without considering if other people hearing it (or overhearing it) may actually be open-minded to deal with it. As long as you're not hurting anyone, you're safe.. :)

F*ck, i'm lactose intolerant!!!Grrrr...Hehe..

THE UNFORGETTABLE DREAM
Literally. I dreamt about the end of the world last night. Creepy as it is, it was quite unusual since I saw Virgin Mary, Sto. Nino and God in it.. Here it is..

Virgin Mary
I saw her standing as high as the buildings in Makati (weird talaga), I told a friend of mine to look at her but she just passed by us (with the buildings around) and walked away..
My interpretation: Mama Mary is real. I should call on her too in times of troubles. And I guess I should go back in praying the Novena in Baclaran.. :(

Sto. Nino
Truly a child--innocent, seeks care, helpful and merciful. I saw him walking towards me crying. I carried him up, went to a place he wanted and stayed with him until he stopped crying. I saw chaos around me, people clinging for help and mercy from God. In my dream, I knew it was the doom's day, and God said people should be in that place (where the Sto.Nino told me to go) before a certain time to be saved, and if not, they will all reach their end.

My family was not there at all so I asked Sto. Nino if he can help me ask an extension to God, I was worried but He granted my plea.

God
I saw God with no mercy for people who didn't obey Him. As the world reached to its end, with my Mother still not around, I asked God if I can do anything to save her. He said, give her your life and in a heartbeat, I said yes. He took my arm, squeezed it and black blood flowed into my veins and He said " you only got 20 breaths to go" . I knew it was my end, that in every breath that I had, my eyes said goodbye to the people I know around. When the 20th breath was over, I was dead.

But in a second, I was able to catch one again and have the second life on Earth. Tears were in my eyes and went straight to God, knelt down and thanked Him. He said He gave me the chance to live again because He saw that I'd give my all to the person I love.

*These were all true. The moment I woke up, I remembered every scene in it. I know, deep in my heart, I will give my life to someone I really love. I can't interpret all of them but I was happy I was that kind of person in my dream. A memorable one.

*I hope this will strengthen my faith as a Catholic. I know I may not be the hardcore one but I see to it that I attend mass every Sunday. :p

*I love my God

fun, fun, fun!

I was too busy this week I forgot to blog! Hehe..Well, I am planning to "commercialize" this blog na so that many people can know my life..(as if they'll be interested?! hehe..)

If it happened that I was with you this week, you would for sure hate me with all your might..I was so damn MAARTE these past few days! I don't know why but I did spoil other people's day because of my kaartehan..You will never ever like me again..Exag.. :p But you know the good thing was that I acknowledge the fact that I am maarte. I'm sorry, I can't help it. :D
If you like to know an instance of my annoying attitude, wag na lang, you wouldn't like me na..hehe..here i go again!:D (di, tinatamad lang talaga ako mag story telling!)

We attended a debut party of Ichu's friend at Bel-Air Laguna yesterday. The party was simple but the food was great! Sarap mag cater ng Tamayo's. It was held in a clubhouse so it ended up a little early. Afterwards, we went to the debutant's house and there continued the celebration. Sa totoo lang, I felt older kse naman all of the visitors were at Ichu's age (18). Dang! I really am not getting any younger and still no career path.! Speaking of that, I talked to Mimi a while ago ranting about us not landing on to a nice job, not having a single cent of savings coming from our own sweat and blood of working! Sometimes, nakakawala na talaga ng pag-asa working our as*es out here sa 'Pinas, it's like if you were not born with a silver spoon, don't wish on having a very nice and comfortable lifestyle. Hayayay....
Parang the above topic shouldn't be posted under this entry..pansin nyo? Let's cheer up!!

JUST AN OBSERVATION...

I just thought of this thing while browsing the friendster accounts of those people I know of: At this age (early 20s) if you're currently in a relationship, it's either you get married with the one ur with or you will get pregnant. I'm still thankful neither of those happen to me now. But i'm dead sure, the former is yet to be, and the latter will certainly follow! :D
( just shows that I'm scared being alone..wahahaha...who wouldn't be?)

can't think of a title..

Today is a nice thursday afternoon, all alone in our house, doing nothing! My sis is in school, dad and mom's out..what to do?? think of my future! Oh God, I wanna work again but please, give me the best one..I always pray that I want a long-lasting job, as in ok lahat--pay, security, location, environment and development. I know it's really hard to have "that" job but please please I want the perfect one or i'll be bum forever..

I was the ultimate driver this week. Badtrip last Tuesday, I went out to pay for my credit card bill and dang! I didn't know there's a rally in Ayala! Uber traffic, di na naman ako nakapagbayad! Lintsak na bansa to, may natitira pa bang pag-asa?

Yesterday I went shopping from 3 to 8pm.. Wow, astig! Haha..I am no loner but I prefer to shop alone, in that way I can go wherever and whatever I want without the guilty feeling that my companion's not enjoying.. oh well, I really enjoy shopping!! Yun nga lang naubos pera ko..Oh yes, I'm the great spender..

I'm happy to see people viewing my friendster account every now and then, so far, i've only got 110 friends but has 80 views already! galing.. Last month though, got 300 views.. Sometimes I get to think that someone's staring on my pics..hmmm..joke lang..

MARANATA gig tomorrow at Hyatt Hotel!! I'll try to post pics at my multiply. \m/

1979

lupet....

Shakedown 1979, cool kids never have the time
On a live wire right up off the street You and I should meet
Junebug skipping like a stone
With the headlights pointed at the dawn
We were sure we’d never see an end to it all

And I don’t even care to shake these zipper blues
And we don’t know Just where our bones will rest
To dust I guess Forgotten and absorbed into the earth below

Double cross the vacant and the bored
They’re not sure just what we have in the store
Morphine city slippin dues down to see

That we don’t even care as restless as we are
We feel the pull in the land of a thousand guilts
And poured cement, lamented and assured
To the lights and towns below
Faster than the speed of sound
Faster than we thought we’d go, beneath the sound of hope

Justine never knew the rules,
Hung down with the freaks and the ghouls
No apologies ever need be made, I know you better than you fake it
To see that we don’t care to shake these zipper blues
And we don’t know just where our bones will rest
To dust I guess
Forgotten and absorbed into the earth below

The street heats the urgency of sound
As you can see there’s no one around
